Capacity

The whole building currently operates as long-stay worker accommodation with a total capacity of 96 people. Because the senior concept will use only one floor and rooms will be for 1 to 2 residents, we expect an indicative capacity of roughly 48 residents. Final room mix and pricing will be released first to pre-registered interest.
